Permissions post for Gabriel's empathy. Gabe's powers work on an activated basis, skin-to-skin or to a lesser extent skin-to-clothes, and will be limited. As far as his sensing goes, at the most he would feel a strong emotion with corresponding trigger; his offering will be limited to influencing a person's mental state with a single emotion in such a way that helps stabilise (or destabilise) them, but won't actively control their mood.
