He had to know Fletcher had been inside the Temple, but in the aftermath of having an unknown American cowboy come in and take potentially the greatest Necromantic breakthrough away with hardly the bat of an eyelash, maybe Tenebrae hadn't realised the implications of Fletcher having been a member of the party.
