"What are you, on an Australian kick?" Rafe demanded.

"--or The young and the restless," Gabe added without missing a beat. He grinned at Tanith. "And I think you'd be surprised by what Solomon would find adorable." Then he made a face. "Though I'm kind of glad he's still asleep right now."

Solomon was also the kind of person to be pointed and loud about what he was seeing, when he was seeing something he felt was worth comment. He would almost certainly find the sight of Gabe's wing across Skulduggery's shoulders worthy of comment--eventually.

"McLeod," Corrival said, flicking channels until he found one. He put down the remote and got up long enough to get fifteen glasses, putting them down on the coffee-table, and taking one back to his chair himself. "At least if there's Scottish-Aussie accents we can laugh at them."
