In that case, it's only a matter of your needing a bit of guidance. I wasn't certain where the limitations lay, here--in my world, as far as my siblings' descendants are concerned, it works a little differently."
He grinned encouragingly at Fletcher. "But it sounds like it's well within the constraints of your abilities. Skul, would you mind telling me what else your Teleporter friends could do? I could watch Fletcher at work, but ..." He glanced apologetically at the young man. "It might take more concentration than I have to spare. This way would be easier."
Chances were, some trial and error would still be necessary. Maybe it would even be helpful for Gabe to take Fletcher for a ride, instead of the other way around; if so, Gabe would rather spare himself for the more important tasks like that, after being forewarned.
